MUSEUM PARK LOFTS 1 & 2

Museum Park Lofts 1 and 2 are a grouping of two structures in which consist of a total of 404 condominium units.  In his role as Chief Development Director for the Enterprise Development Company, Mr. Groesbeck was responsible for overseeing these design and construction of these projects from inception to completion.

History

Museum Park is a complex of multiple residential towers located within Central Station at the south edge of Grant Park, across from Lake Shore Drive, Soldier Field and Chicago’s Museum Park to the east. In total there are 14 residential towers within Museum Park which includes this group of two Lofts.

Museum Park Lofts 1 is a 202-unit contemporary loft development which synthesizes the classic strength of typical Chicago-style warehouse buildings with a refined modern-day interpretation. The Lofts are located at the corner of South Michigan Avenue at 13th Street. 

Museum Park Lofts 2 is a 21-story contemporary loft development at the corner of South Michigan Avenue at 13th Street.  Each of the 202 condominium units offers a “high-tech look” with exposed ductwork and concrete architectural elements
