Local Foods is a distributor and retailer of local food. Through their one-of-a-kind distribution center, grocery and event space, they bring the stories of producers to life. Local Foods makes it easy to eat local. Local Foods’ store showcases the best of the Midwest, including the sustainable whole-animal meat mecca Butcher & Larder, and Stock, Chicago’s truest farm-to-table cafe. Behind the scenes, Local Foods operates Chicago's first locally-focused wholesale distribution center dedicated to supplying the best local products to more than 250 of the city’s most acclaimed chefs, hotels, grocers, caterers, schools and institutions.
